Optical control of metamaterial functionalities

Maria Papaioannou obtained her Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2013. Her main interests lie in the areas of numerical modeling, chiral metamaterials and optical control of metamaterial functionalities. She joined the Optoelectronics Research Center, University of Southampton as a PhD student in 2013.
